The house hurricane called Amnesia Ibiza is getting closer every hour to Slovakia!

It comes from the sunny Spain island and is coming to the Incheba Expo Arena. Be ready by 2nd May 2008 if you are a fan of the dance scene. The well known achievements of DJs, artists and dancers from Ibiza are now a phenomenon coming to presents a great show in Bratislava.

After 4 years of residential as a DJ in the club AMNESIA in IBIZA on of the best DJs, Les Schmitz exported the energy of this island to all of the continents. His sets can be characterized as music full of energy in tech-house and electro house style.

To mention all the DJs who played together with Les Schmitz, we have to name every internationally known DJ what he achieved as a resident in the Amnesia club where every of them has adapted, naturally. Les Schmitz acquired extraordinary sense for that his sets could adjusted for any public. His music carreer is built on his first class music production. Many of his tracks are getting upward in the best european charts, what is a statement of his wide musical knowledge. At the moment he is the part of the new Barcelona based record label Fresco Records.

By his two hour set there will appear also a Live Sax (saxophone) and the Drag Queens (dance ensemble).

The next interesting guest it the austrian DJ and producent TOM SNOW, who had played in the Incheba Expo Arena by DJ Tiesto and he is a top DJ and producent in Austria for the last years.

DJ Tom Snow is a very prominent house DJ in Austria. He is playing in the Pleasure club every week as a resident under the Stargate Group in the legendary U4 and in the Garden Club in the Volksgarten every month, which is the most known house club in Vienna. He also performs at the biggest house gigs in Austria. He plays 5 years at the greatest Open air festival the MTV Stage scene on the Donauinselfest. In the years 2006 Tom performed with Bob Sinclair on the MTV Music Stage scene for a 15-thousand public. Played together with Roger Sanchez, Pete Tong, Tiesto, Bob Sinclair, Armand van Helden, Erick Morillo, David Morales, George Morelo, Tom Novy, Sven Väth, Bodyrockers, Sarah Main, Junior Jack and with Kid Creme, Eddie Amadoro, Duane Harden, Pippi and Carl Cox on an after hour party in the Volksgarten! In 2004 Tom Snow founded the“Vienna calling” project by which he propagates the producents, DJs and artists from Vienna and this portal is also a venue for all music lovers. For the last years he is very succesful. Tom has a number of targets, he is very decisive and gets the public also apart from Vienna. He lives the music for what he is so charismatic so his fans loves him.

Quality house sets spiced with the feats of these artist will leave you an excellent music experience.

Some information about the Ibiza island and the AMNESIA club

Ibiza (in catalanian: Eivissa) is one of the Balearian islands in the Mediterranean sea. The island belongs to Spain. The name comes from the arabic word „Yabisah“ what means ground or referring to ground. The island of Ibiza is well known for its summer parties worldwide which visits thousands of tourists.

V polovici 90.tych rokov sa klubová scéna na Ibize pre turistov i domácich stala stotožnením skvelej hudby a úžasnej atmosféry a tieto dojmy evokuje pojem Ibiza aj v súčasnosti. Počas celého leta smerujú húfy mladých ľudí na Ibizu za slnkom a plážami, no najmä za skvelou klubovou hudbou a neopakovateľnou atmosférou. Najznámejším a najdominantnejším klubom ostrova Ibiza i celej stredomorskej oblasti je club AMNESIA. Club má dlhoročnú tradíciu a pre každého DJa je veľkou cťou, keď práve tu môže predviesť svoje umenie. Dvorní DJi clubu sú pozývaní do najprestížnejších klubov sveta a sú považovaní za úplnú špičku vo svojom odbore.

Dom v ktorom sa AMNESIA nachádza bol postavený už v 18tom soročí. Prvý z významnejších outdoor klubov na ostrove bol otvorený už v roku 1970. Nachádza sa vo vnútrozemí, tesne pri rýchlostnej komunikácií spájajúcej hlavné mesto IBIZA a SAN ANTONIO. Je to jeden z najstarších klubov na ostrove a jej architektúra pripomína španielsky vidiecky dom. V minulosti bol tento priestor používaný ako "open air", ale po problémoch s hlukom boli neskôr vnútorná časť a vonkajšia terasa zastrešené.

AMNESIA is a very inspiring club for all the performing DJs and also a well known resort for party people. Parties are never ending before the sunrise. The gigantic ice cannon which can in 5 seconds cool the crowded dancefloor to the  freezing point  or the bubble show in the form of a foam party are the attractions for the visitors of the AMNESIA club.
